A piece of 6mm round rod (centre drilled out to 2mm) forms the top part of the cone.
A piece of 0.5mm styrene forms the truncated cone.
I wanted to have it 8.5mm across the bottom and be 28.5 mm long, and to avoid trial and error, I used this excellent resource.
The hose is equipment wire with fatter flex sleeve.
